Appointment Rules

 
  • We require 24 hour cancellation notice. A full session fee will other wise be charged. We understand emergency's happen and we will accept ONE emergency without charging the fee. Thank you for your understanding. We value your time and do our best to start your session on time. If for some reason we have to reschedule you without 24 hour notice you will receive a discount on your next session.
  • When scheduled you will receive an automated reminder text or email 24 hours before your session. Do not respond to this. If you need to make a session change prior to 24 hours please text us at 310-228-8372.
  • We have an online scheduling system for your convenience. We will text you the link after you schedule your first session. We are happy to schedule you at your session, however. If you do not have this link please call us and we will send it via text, or you can find it on our Contact Us page on this website.
  • We do not offer refunds. You can use your pre-paid package sessions for other body areas.
  • We do not transfer your sessions to other clients.
  • You can purchase gift certificates. We will email you the gift certificate once paid.
  • We have a referral program that offers you one free session if your referral purchases a package of 8 (eight) or more sessions.

Payment

 
  • Payment is expected at time of service. (unless you've purchased a package)
  • We will obtain your credit card information when you make your first appointment. This is kept in an encrypted and safe system. You will not be charged until you have your session. ( unless you have canceled less than 24 hours)
  • We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Checks and Cash
  • If a check is returned NSF you will be responsible for all bank fees and a 10% processing fee will be applied.
  • If for some reason payment is not made at time of service you have 24 hours to make payment via phone or a 20% late fee will be applied.
