  • NEW CLIENTS: WE CHARGE A CONSULTATION FEE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
    This fee goes towards your session. It is nonrefundable if session/consultation is canceled in less than the 48 hour time period, missed, or if client has consultation but does not go forward with the session.

  • PLEASE NOTE OUR 48 HOUR CANCELLATION/SCHEDULE CHANGE POLICY
    IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OR SCHEDULE CHANGE, WE CHARGE THE FULL FEE OF THAT SESSION. THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED OR THE SESSION SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR PURCHASED PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE IT IS UNLIKELY WE CAN PROVIDE ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR SESSION. (Please call us before coming in to check if we are able to accommodate.)

  • If WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE, THIS SESSION WILL BE NOTED AS CANCELED/ MISSED AND THE FULL FEE OF THAT SESSION CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE, OR SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR PURCHASED PACKAGE.
    If we decide we can manage the session the late time will be subtracted from the session as we cannot start the following client late.

  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. YOU CAN USE SESSIONS FOR OTHER BODY AREAS.
    (EXCEPTION: TNT ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS are a different fee structure and are not included in this transfer).
    The package is transferrable to friends/family only with approval.

  • ALL PACKAGES (NONSURGICAL FACE LIFT, BODY SCULPTING, MEDICAL, ENERGY

    HEALING, HYPERLIGHT PACkAGES) EXPIRE 14 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE.

  • PLEASE DO NOT WEAR NECKLACES TO YOUR SESSION.
    (we treat neck and decollete. Other jewellery is ok). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS.

  • PLEASE ARRIVE WITH NO MAKE UP.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is expected at time of service (unless you've purchased a package).

  • We will obtain your credit card information when you make your first appointment. This is kept in an encrypted and safe system. You will not be charged until you have your session (unless you have canceled less than 48 hours prior).

  • We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Checks and Cash.

  • If for some reason payment is not made at time of service you have 24 hours to make payment via phone or a 20% late fee will be applied.
