Appointment Rules

 
  • We require 48 hour cancellation notice. A full session fee will otherwise be charged.  Thank you for your understanding. We value your time and do our best to start your session on time.
  • When scheduled you will receive an automated reminder text or email 48 hours before your session. Do not respond to this. If you need to make a session change prior to 48 hours please text us at 310.279.9026.
  • We do not offer refunds. You can use your pre-paid package sessions for other body areas.
  • You can purchase gift certificates. We will email you the gift certificate once paid.

Payment

 
  • Payment is expected at time of service (unless you've purchased a package).
  • We will obtain your credit card information when you make your first appointment. This is kept in an encrypted and safe system. You will not be charged until you have your session (unless you have canceled less than 24 hours).
  • We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Checks and Cash.
  • If for some reason payment is not made at time of service you have 24 hours to make payment via phone or a 20% late fee will be applied.
