My goal is to empower each of us to change old thought patterns that block healing by getting to the root, reason and cause, to decrease inflammation in the body prolifically, and release stuck emotional trauma that keeps us....well.....stuck!

I also want to show you that we can keep it simple.

And that how we think about ourselves and the gentle self care we can do for ourselves can actually prevent aging and shift the tissues in ways that rejuvenate and revitalize.
